Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

No returns accepted without return authorization.

The return authorization number must be clearly visible on your return shipping label on the outside of the box. Authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipment. Damaged goods will be replaced, repaired or credited at our option. All claims for shortages must be made within 6 days of receipt of shipment. Late claims will not be honored. Special custom orders are non-cancel-able and non-returnable. No deduction from payment will be allowed until proper credit has been issued.

This shipment was thoroughly inspected,checked and packed prior to leaving our warehouse. By accepting this shipment,the transportation company acknowledges that the shipment was delivered to the min GOOD CONDITION and PROPERLY PACKAGED. Any loss or damage that occurs to this shipment while in route will be solely the responsibility of the carrier.

VISIBLE DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE. If the shipment is visibly damaged or if the number of cartons do not correspond with the delivery receipt, have delivery agent note on delivery receipt the nature and extent of damages. FILE CLAIM WITH CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.

CONCEALED DAMAGE .If damage is unnoticed until carton is unpacked, notify the delivering carrier immediately and insist upon an inspection. This notification must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Retain the carton and packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim is settled.

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST NOT BE DEDUCTED FROM OUR INVOICE NOR PAYMENT WITHHELD WAITING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM.
